A Bit About Me
Alexandra founded McGroarty & Co. Consulting with her late husband, Michael and serves as the lead Human Resources consultant. Alex is a certified Diversity Professional as well as a Certified Professional Coach and Speaker on topics such as: Gender Equity, DEI, and the Grief Space. Alexandra has long had a passion for writing and graduated from Rowan University with a BA in Communications. She went on to Utica College to obtain a Masters in Science. She recently finished her graduate certificate program from Cornell University in sustainability. Alex is a Board Member of the SJYPA.
Alexandra lives with her two children, Lucas and Ava, their two dogs, Sugar and Fiona, and a feisty cat named Scrambles, in New Jersey. In her free time, she likes to spend time with family, travel, and volunteer in the Greater Philadelphia area.
